What We Do

CONSULTATION

A one hour meeting to discuss the scope of your project. During this time you will have the opportunity to ask questions and I can help you to determine if this firm will be the right fit for you. If you sign, this rate will be reduced to the regular hourly fee.

PLANS & RENDERINGS

I can draw computerized floor plans and 3D renderings for your project. These are preliminary plans that can be shared with your architect, contractor, etc. I can also review and make changes to existing plans, or help you with furniture plans. Work is done in Revit.

PRICE VARIES

HOURLY RATE

All design work is on an hourly basis. This includes but is not limited to meetings, research, sourcing, etc. Details will be determined with the client and are dependent on the scope of the project.

SERVICES

Interior Design, Exterior Hardscape/Plantscape Design, Remodeling, Space Planning, Floor Plans, Renderings, Finishes and Fixtures Selection, Home Decor/Shopping and New Construction. We have worked with clients who wanted a simple remodel of an outdated room and we have worked with developers by designing and managing the building of a new home. No job is too big or too small and we look forward to helping you with your project.
